A breakthrough technology can still fail if no one wants it, no one can buy it, or no one can build the business. Innovation Readiness Level (IRL) looks across six dimensions at once — so you can see not just how ready you are, but exactly where you're weakest.
TRL measures only the technology. IRL combines it with the other readiness levels that decide whether an innovation actually reaches the world. Each is scored 1–5; together they describe your shape of readiness.
